  • All services are delivered as per the agreement signed or confirmed between the client and Rise Tank.
  • Service-specific deliverables, deadlines, and revisions will be defined in a project proposal or agreement.
  • Any requests beyond the agreed-upon scope will be treated as additional work and charged accordingly.

Payment Terms

  • Payments must be made according to the agreed payment schedule.
  • An initial deposit may be required before work commences. The percentage of the deposit will be communicated during project discussions.
  • All invoices must be paid within the timeline mentioned on the invoice. Late payments may incur additional fees.

Revisions and Feedback

  • Clients are entitled to a maximum of 3 revisions unless otherwise agreed upon in the project proposal.
  • Feedback must be provided within 2 days of receiving deliverables. Delayed feedback may affect the project timeline.

Intellectual Property

  • All intellectual property rights for deliverables will transfer to the client upon full payment.
  • Rise Tank reserves the right to use completed projects in its portfolio and marketing materials unless the client requests confidentiality in writing.

Confidentiality

  • Both parties agree to keep all shared information confidential unless required by law or agreed upon in writing.
  • Rise Tank will not disclose, share, or misuse any client-provided materials or data.

Termination of Services

  • Either party may terminate the service agreement with a 10-days written notice.
  • Upon termination, the client will be invoiced for work completed up to the termination date.

Limitation of Liability

  • Rise Tank will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
  • We are not responsible for any losses resulting from third-party tools, platforms, or service failures.

Governing Law

  • These terms and services are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts in Bangladesh.

Changes to Terms and Services

  • Rise Tank reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
  • Continued use of our website or services after changes implies acceptance of the updated terms.
